Pimm's
Is it even summer if you don’t have a glass of Pimm’s permanently in your hand between the months of May to September? Pimm’s isn’t just for Wimbledon, but pretty much any moment the sun peeks from behind the clouds.

Negroni
A negroni is best served on the rocks. Never shaken. Shaking this drink will change its mouthfeel, instead you want to give it a few slow turns to dilute slightly without bruising the spirit.

Piña Colada
The epitome of sunshine and white sandy beaches, the Piña Colada can transport you straight to the beautiful shores of Puerto Rico in no time at all. This sweet cocktail is made using rum, coconut cream or milk and pineapple juice, either blended or shaken with ice (but we prefer the latter).

Pink Señorita
Like a margarita with a softer, cuter side, the señorita ditches limes for pink lemonade and lemon juice. It's the drink you'll want for every girl's night.

Rum Punch
The beauty of a rum punch to me is that everywhere I've had it, it has tasted different, or has been made differently. This particular rum punch is inspired by a recent Caribbean holiday to Tortola, with the addition of citrusy Angostura bitters.

St Germain Spritz
St Germain is a delicious elderflower liqueur, with its sweetness lending well to a variety of cocktails. I love adding 25ml to a gin and tonic for a refreshing lift, but it also works as a base for a lower-alcoholic spritz. In this spritz.

Moscow Mule Punch
Yep — this is basically one giant moscow mule. Which means that you don't have to play bartender all night. Mint isn't technically classic in the OG cocktail, but it's a nice, fresh touch in this punch.

Vanilla-Peach Bellinis
Though classic bellinis are made with white peaches, we find frozen yellow peaches easiest to come by outside of late summer. If you can get your hands on some good fresh ripe peaches, taste your puree before adding honey. Orange zest helps coax some sweetness from out-of-season peaches, but the drink will still be delicious without it.

Tequila Sunrise
A Tequila Sunrise is a fruity cocktail made using tequila, orange juice and grenadine syrup. It was apparently invented in the 1970s in California and got its name because its colours mimic those of a pretty sunrise sky, cute!
