Aries
Known for their competitive streak, it's fitting that Aries are the first sign on the zodiac calendar because they prefer to be first everywhere else, too. However, some people believe that has more to do with the fact that -- without any signs preceding them -- Aries don't have anyone to inherit any knowledge or wisdom from.
