Strictly's Gorka Marquez shares stylish behind-the-scenes snaps
Strictly Come Dancing’s Gorka Marquez has shared behind the scene snaps of the celebrity contestants, professional dancers and presenters at the weekend’s live show.
Gorka shared two posts with collections of snaps taken backstage of the whole Strictly clan and crew.
In one photo, Gorka’s partner Katie McGlynn has her make-up touched up before heading on stage.
Pro Oti Mabuse can be seen having her costume adjusted by a member of the wardrobe department in another, while Tilly Ramsey smiles as she takes a break with her phone and a bottle of water.
Other members of the Strictly group pose or pull faces for the camera, including professional dancer Karen Huer, who is captured mid-laugh.
Presenter Tess Daley is also snapped having a read through her script backstage, as she prepares her lines for the live show.
Gorka captioned the posts, “Behind The Scenes Week 2 Part 1” and “Behind The Scenes Week 2 Part 2,” tagging the Strictly team members who appeared in the photos.
Pro AJ Adudu commented on the second post thanking Gorka for documenting their time on the show, “You're the best! Thanks for capturing our incredible experience.”
Katya Jones also shared her gratitude by adding, “Thanks Gorka for capturing these moments!”
Karen Huer left a comment on the first set of photos, posting four heart eyes emojis.
Hopefully Gorka will continue sharing an insight into the Strictly gang behind the scenes as the weeks go on.
This weekend, Nina Wadia was eliminated following a dance off which Gorka and Katie were also competing in. However, the pair were saved and will return to live shows next week.
