Last weekend's show saw the first elimination of the series, with Loose Women star Kaye Adams and dancer Kai Widdrington the first couple to exit the show.

Speaking earlier this week on It Takes Two, Kaye said of her Charleston on Saturday's live show: "I did it as well as I could. As I've said from the beginning, I'm not a dancer but I gave it everything that I could.” "

Kaye later added of her experience: "I hope you can take away joy, because that was our main thing, that you enjoyed it and had fun. I think you can look back with fond memories and be glad that you said yes to do this."

Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One, while spin-off show Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows also stream on BBC iPlayer.
