Stranger Things' Millie Bobby Brown: How a teenager is outdoing Hollywood heavyweights in the style stakes

For someone who was only born in 2004, Millie Bobby Brown has strong style game.

The ‘Stranger Things’ star shot to fame with the success of the first season of the Netflix show in 2016 and has grown to be a permanent fixture on red carpets and, subsequently, best dressed lists thanks to her model-worthy poses and excellent outfits.

It’s not just fashion editors and the general public that rate MBB’s sartorial prowess. She’s been courted by the likes of Coach, Louis Vuitton and is currently the face of Converse.

Plus, she’s signed with a modelling agency and appeared in the first campaign for Calvin Klein’s couture line. Pretty impressive, huh?

Of course, like the wide majority of A-listers, the 14-year-old actress has a team that helps her look so on point.

According to InStyle, she works with stylist Thomas Carter Phillips to find age-appropriate looks that are then run by a long list of adults.

Her mum gets first right of refusal, then her agents and finally her dad. “If he doesn’t like it, then I’m not wearing it,” she told the magazine. “It’s as simple as that.”

But while the teen wears a plethora of designer garb on the red carpet, off-duty she’s far more comfortable in Topshop and Converse. Our kind of gal.
