Spring Has Sprung At Australian Zoo As It Celebrates Baby Boom
Spring has officially sprung at an Australian Zoo as it celebrates a baby boom. The Australian Reptile Park is buzzing with excitement after the arrival of numerous baby animals. A trio of mischievous Tasmanian devil joeys - Scooby, Shaggy, and Daphne - are at the heart of the celebration raising awareness for the conservation of their endangered species. Hand-raised by zookeeper Imogen Melder, they play a vital role in the Park's efforts to safeguard the unique animals from extinction. The koala nursery is equally as lively, with five joeys nestled safely with their mothers. Two, Edgar and Honey, were rejected by their mothers but are now flourishing under the care of devoted staff. Kangaroos are also in the spotlight, with three joeys now poking their heads out of their mothers' pouches, eager to explore their new environment. Meanwhile, the reptile department is buzzing as new hatchlings - ranging from snakes to skinks.
