Many of the bedrooms, including the primary suite, are located on the second floor, and you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re in the heart of Wyoming thanks to the cabin-style architecture and western prints. A bonus room, perfect for a quiet study, gym, or children’s playroom, completes the upper level, while stairs climb to the third-floor of a lava-walled turret where there are wraparound views over the property.
A caretaker’s cottage or guesthouse is located on its own parcel, and there are three additional parcels on which to build additional residences, recreational amenities, or equestrian facilities. The existing cattle operation and orchards are maintained by a local rancher.
The vast spread is ideal for outdoor pursuits, from ATVing to hiking, and the natural waterfalls and pools sprinkled throughout means you never have to leave the property to see and experience the best of Hawaii’s natural beauty while at the same time fulfilling your cowboy fantasies.
