The latest series of Sort Your Life Out will be back on our screens tonight (11 February) and in anticipation of the hit decluttering show's comeback, the BBC has shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what's in store.

A post on Instagram showed a handful of photos taken during filming for the fifth series. They include Stacey Solomon and her team – professional organiser Dilly Carter, cleaning expert Iwan Carrington and carpenter and joiner specialist Robert Bent.

"Stacey Solomon and her crack team help families transform their homes," the caption says. "With a life-changing declutter, they upcycle and recycle their way to a new home."

In other video posts shared on Instagram in the lead-up to the new series, the Sort Your Life Out cast members can be seen attempting to sing in harmony, playing a game with a globe and in one hilarious clip, Stacey tries a spot of juggling.

As for what we can expect from the first episode, a brief summary has been shared on iPlayer. The BBC revealed: "The Appleyards, a lively family of six, call on Stacey and her gang to help transform their cluttered three-bedroom home." Adding: "The team find over 2,000 greeting cards, 74 Christmas pine cones and 99 odd socks."

We can't wait to see what brilliant organisational tips and tricks the team share this series.

Sort Your Life Out will be on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Tuesdays at 8pm from 11 February.
