Sézane now sells children's clothing – and we're obsessed
French-girl favourite Sézane has kicked off the new season with its first foray into childrenswear.
The Parisian fashion label, loved by the Princess of Wales, Sienna Miller and Cat Deeley to name just a few, is the epitome of chic. So, it's no surprise that its kidswear range is just as cool.
The exciting new line, which is aptly named Petit Sézane, features ready-to-wear, knitwear, shoes and accessories for little ones aged up to 12. There are also lifestyle essentials from canvas bags to water bottles and key rings. Preparing for back to school? Consider it sorted.
Sézane's childrenswear collection includes cosy jumpers, cute logo tees and winter coats. Plus, find sweet printed dresses, pleated skirts, causal dungarees and more. Better still, there are ample matching opportunities for you and your mini me.
Speaking about the collection, Sézane founder Morgane Sézalory said: 'I wanted to wait several years before embarking on the journey of Petit Sézane, wanting to see my children grow up, learning how to dress them for each new stage of life and discovery, allowing them to move and live freely.
'Taking the time to sit back and observe was essential in creating this line of classics and treasurable pieces – designed to bring joy to my girls, their friends, and grown-ups alike.'
Prices range from £14 to £160, and it's no surprise that some pieces have already sold out. We expect the rest won't be around for long, so if you see something that's too adorable to miss out on, you know what to do.
Our personal favourite has to be the quilted leopard print Farel Jacket, with the sleeveless Leandre Jumper, made from soft baby alpaca and merino wool, coming a close second. In short, we're obsessed.
