  • Selling Sunset's Brett Oppenheim was first to leave the LA brokerage.

  • Now another Selling Sunset regular will be leaving the LA office to open a new office.

If there's one thing for certain, Selling Sunset season 4 is going to be looking a lot different when it eventually returns to Netflix. It's thought that most of the original show stars will be coming back, but they'll be spread out over different brokerages rather than being located at The Oppenheim Group's LA base.

First, Brett Oppenheim left to set up on his own, then it was revealed Davina Potratz was going to a rival real estate firm, and now Heather Rae Young will also be leaving the LA office.

Jason Oppenheim recently said he wanted to expand the business to another six locations in the US, and has now asked Heather to start a brokerage in Newport, California, where she lives.

"Heather is going to be working out of that office and my best friend is going to be managing the office," Jason told Fox News. "The office that we’re looking at is insane. I mean, it’s insane. So hopefully I’ll be signing the lease soon."

He added, "We’re getting a lot more listings down here, to be honest. We’re going to have people calling us from all around Newport and all around Orange County asking us to list their homes and represent them on buys, so it just I feel like it’s the natural progression and it’s the next area for us to expand."

While Netflix are still yet to confirm a season 4, we're 110% confident/hopeful it will be returning sometime next year (please Netflix, yeah?).
