Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause, 40, Shared Bikini Pics From A Celeb-Studded Cabo Trip And Her Core Is 🔥🔥🔥

How was your Christmas? That’s cool, because Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause spent it with Cindy Crawford and other celebs in Cabo—and she has all the amazing pics to prove it.

In the snaps, Chrishell can be seen in a slew of photos alongside a bunch of famous names, including fellow Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan, Cindy, Cindy’s daughter model Kaia Gerber, and Molly Sims. Chrishell clearly brought her A-game to this photo dump, because she looks sooo fit. There’s Chrishell and her killer core in a gorgeous white bikini, Chrishell (and core) in a sparkly bra top with a second-skin latex skirt, and Chrishell working sculpted legs for days in a wrap dress with a slit up to there.

People low-key freaked in the comments. “Chrishell, Emma, and Cindy Crawford= the trio I didn’t know I needed 😍,” one wrote. SAME. “You are drop dead gorgeous!!! 🔥🙌🔥🙌” said another.

But of course, Chrishell didn’t get that super-fit body by accident. She’s a total gym fan and even has a highlight reel on Instagram called “Workout” where you can peep her go-to exercises. There’s a ton to flip through, including one-legged jump squats, burpees with weights, some kind of one-legged semi-plank arm row move, and weighted squats with a resistance band. It’s a fitspo lover’s dream.

The 40-year-old reality star-slash-real estate agent works out under the guidance of her personal trainer, Ocho, who occasionally shares some snippets from their sessions. The most recent one features Chrishell doing some weighted squats at her house, followed by leg lift-squat-arm raise combos poolside. She also did some jackknife abs raises that’ll make your abs burn just by looking at them.

Chrishell told Women’s Health US that she was the healthiest she’s ever been after appearing on season 19 of Dancing with the Stars—and she makes sure to eat well to fuel her active lifestyle.

That means starting her day with a cup of coffee and eggs. “My favourite thing is scrambled egg whites with cheddar cheese and pepper,” she told WH US. When she’s busy (which is a lot), she reaches for a protein bar like Papa Steve's No Junk Raw Protein Bars, think! Creamy Peanut Butter protein bars, and ONE Peanut Butter Pie bars. Lunch is usually fish with veggies, followed by a mid-meal snack of fruit. “I'll have mango, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples; I just can't get enough,” she said.

Dinner might be a frozen lasagne, sushi, or pizza, followed by dessert. “I have such a sweet tooth. I love dessert. If I'm out to dinner, I pretty much always get dessert," Chrishell said. "There are two things I will always order: strawberry shortcake and pineapple upside-down cake.”
