On Monday, the reality star, who’s known for her tight, revealing wardrobe, stepped out of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians studio in a very casual outfit. She wore a pair of heather gray high-waisted sweatpants and a white crop top T-shirt with a plunging V-neck. She dressed up the look with off-white ankle boots.
If this outfit looks eerily familiar to you, it’s not just because it’s almost exactly what you wore Sunday (minus the skin and heels, we’re guessing). Kardashian has worn this outfit before. So many times, in fact, we’re wondering if it’s her new uniform.
Goodbye latex, hello sweats!
In June, the mother of two wore a version of this outfit three days in a row. First it was a pair of gray Yeezy sweatpants, sneakers and a white tank top. She wore the same thing the next day, but swapped the sneakers out for a whiter pair, and then again the following day (swapping the sneakers again). Since some of those times she was filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians, people assumed it was done for consistency on the reality show.
But then it happened again in July, when she wore almost the exact same outfit. This time, the crop top had buttons (only one of which was closed) and her Yeezy heels were clear.
Maybe it was for filming the first three times, but we think she liked the comfy yet sexy look so much, she decided to make it a Kim K. staple.
Kardashian isn’t the only celeb to adopt a uniform. Victoria Beckham has been seen wearing one outfit a lot lately, and it happens to be a casual look with a chic twist: a white T-shirt with flared pants. Hillary Clinton and Ivanka Trump have both adopted pantsuits as their uniform of choice. And Joanna Gaines opts for gray-blue button-downs and grayish V-necks almost every day.
It looks like uniforms are the new black.
