Justin and Hailey Bieber have sold their Beverly Hills home, fully furnished, for a casual $7.955 million. Firstly, imagine having that much money. And secondly, imagine sitting on the same sofa the actual Biebers used to own.
People report the couple sold the 6,132-square-foot mansion on Thursday [25 February] for just under $8million, which the singer bought in September 2018.
The 26-year-old purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home for $8.5 million just over three years ago, which means he reportedly took a loss of $545,000 (plus furniture) on the resale. Ouch.
Fans first got a glimpse inside the Bieber residence when the 26-year-old posted a few photos of it on Instagram back in 2019 with the captions, “I think I wanna sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it” and “I’ll sell it with all the furniture. MAKE AN OFFER.”
True to his word, that's exactly what Justin ended up doing. According to Zillow, the sale was handled by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Matt and Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman and real estate agent Dalton Gomez of Compass - aka Ariana Grande’s fiancé.
In August last year, Justin and Hailey moved to a massive $26 million mansion also in Beverly Park - this time with 7-bedrooms and 10-bathrooms. Wow for these two.
