Queen of glamorous red carpet looks, Scarlett Johansson looked incredible in a glitzy gingham co-ord for the world premiere of her latest film Fly Me To The Moon in New York on Monday (8 July).

Opting for a neutral look for the special occasion, the star's gingham co-ord featured a structured maxi skirt, paired with a matching high neck top finished off with sparkly embellishments around the neckline.

Looking the epitome of Hollywood glamour, Scarlett paired her co-ord with sparkly drop earrings and her amazing diamond wedding ring.

For hair and makeup, the actress opted for an elegant pinned back hairstyle, adding to her outfit's sophisticated yet effortless feel.

Showing us how casual and well-known patterns can still make a striking statement, we think gingham is a timeless pattern that can look contemporary and fresh when styled correctly.

Pictured alongside her husband and American comedian and writer, Colin Jost, the couple smiled and laughed together hand-in-hand for the cameras at the premiere.

Fly Me to the Moon is an upcoming American romantic comedy drama that imagines NASA filming a fake moon landing as a backup plan in case the Apollo 11 mission encounters difficulties.

Channing Tatum will play NASA official overseeing the Apollo 11 moon landing, while Scarlett will take on the role of a marketing executive hired to film the contingency fake moon landing.

We can't wait to see it!
