Sarah Jessica Parker delighted fans with a snap of her iconic "Carrie" necklace to mark Sex and the City's silver anniversary on Tuesday, 6 June.
Taking to Instagram, Sarah Jessica shared the image to mark the Sex and the City milestone. Captioning the picture, she said: "It’s our silver anniversary but the memories will always be gold. X, SJ"
In the picture, the iconic gold necklace that Carrie Bradshaw always wears in Sex and the City can be seen in a Mervyn's box. And, fans and celebrities alike were quick to comment on the post, sharing their favourite Sex and the City memories.
Sarah Jessica wasn't the only one to mark the milestone for the show. The offical social media account for And Just Like That the Sex and the City spin-off which follows the lives of Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte, shared some video clips of iconic moments from the original series.
In the video, Sarah Jessica Parker can be seen as Carrie, Cynthia Nixon as Miranda and Kristin Davies as Charlotte — in addition to Kim Cattrall in her role as Samantha Jones in the original Sex and the City. The celebratory occasion comes just days after an official trailer was released for And Just Like That season two.
