In the video, the "ET Canada" host showed off her toned physique in a white tank top and black leggings. She filmed herself and her husband, Sam Patel, in their backyard while billowy clouds floated along the bright blue sky.
For this week's fitness challenge, Sam began by lying on the ground, holding his wife's legs while she planked above him. He crunched upward, sending the TV host's body into a 90 degree angle while she stretched one of her legs in the opposite direction — a move that took serious balance and core strength.
After successfully completing the manoeuvre, Sam smiled as he carefully guided his wife back to the ground.
"It's fitness Tuesday! 3,2,1…bang! I’m too short, Sam is too tall, his legs were sweaty to hold onto and I couldn’t stop laughing. Stepped on Indie’s poo — the best workout," she wrote in the caption alongside a laughing emoji. "Hey that core was engaged! Today (actually right now) try planking, let me know how long you last! Go!"
Fans gushed over the CoverGirl ambassador's "insane strength" and called the couple "major goals."
