Sangita Patel is back with another fitness challenge.

On Tuesday, the "ET Canada" host took to Instagram to share a video of her working out with her 145,000 followers.

In the clip, she performed deadlifts alongside an inspirational message that called exercise her "therapy."

The 43-year-old also stitched a video of a woman speaking into a microphone, saying: "Can you please stop posting you lifting weights on Insta stories 'cause no one cares," before filming herself lifting two heavy plates.

On the screen, Patel explained that her weekly fitness videos are intended to inspire others — "especially women."

"Ha! Nope. Fitness Tuesday will be forever!" she captioned the post. "Man, I can’t believe I started this hashtag almost eight years ago and to this day it brings me so much joy that it gets you moving."

"I just wanna motivate," she added. "Exercise changed my perspective in life, mentally and physically. It’s my therapy."

Fans loved Patel's impressive strength and her commitment to "#FitnessTuesday."

"We love your consistency! Keep at it," an Instagram user commented. "Also you're strong for lifting that!"

"Women need to keep inspiring women! Keep going sister!" another wrote.

"Absolutely please keep sharing! It’s so important for us women and especially brown women to see this representation of strong, beautiful and brilliant!" someone else chimed in.

A fan added: "Yes, keep sharing, please! You are inspirational!"

"It's the superhero strength for me! Never stop posting," commented another.

Last month, the mother-of-two shared a "mind-blowing" fitness challenge starring her husband, Samir Patel, while on a beach in Mexico.

The video began with another couple completing the challenge before segueing to the Canadian duo trying it themselves.

"We got this," the on-screen text read as Patel attempted to jump on her husband's shoulders. "Umm, maybe not."

"Shocked," she added after finally nailing it.

"Yup, you know I couldn't leave without a challenge on the beach," the TV host captioned the post before thanking her fans for sending her the challenge. "Took a few tries and a lot of laughter."
