The former Loose Women panellist is a contestant on the latest series of the Channel 4 reality show which puts celebrities through a gruelling military training regime as had said in an interview she has been left with "life-long physical scars" as a result.
But following reports she was suing production company Minnow Films Khan made a statement on Instagram declaring it to be "fake news".
"When doing the press PR for the show, there were some legal matters I could not discuss, but that was not to be reported.
"This show is the BEST show I have ever taken part in and it is disappointing that my role in it is being overshadowed by FAKE NEWS.
"If I was in a legal battle or suing I wouldn’t be doing my case any favours by saying what a great time I had on it!"
Khan had said in an interview published in The Sun: "Unfortunately legally I can’t go into much detail about it because it’s still ongoing.
“I was left with life-long scars, physical ones. That’s very hard to cope with.
“I am a very fit individual and to go onto a show and then have experienced what I did, I was in real shock.”
The latest series of Celebrity SAS features former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona, Strictly Come Dancing pro Ore Aduba, X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, Olympic rower James Cracknell and TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson.
Also taking part in the upcoming series are reality TV star Vicky Pattison, X Factor contestant Jake Quickenden, ex Love Islander Wes Nelson, footballer Kieron Dyer, Welsh Paralympic athlete Aled Davies and BMX champion Shanaze Reade.
