Rylan Clark has gushed over a Strictly Come Dancing favourite after they enjoyed a night out at the Girls Aloud concert together.

The ever-popular TV host, who is 35, was clearly living his best life at the gig in London this past Tuesday (2 July).

In the snaps taken from the night, Rylan can be seen mingling with celebrities like Graham Norton and Denise van Outen, busting some moves and totally owning the dance floor.

One of the fab faces in the crowd was none other than Strictly's own Amy Dowden. The pro dancer, who has confirmed her return to the dance floor for the 2024 series despite a battle with cancer last year, looked happier than ever.

Amy had a moment to celebrate health-wise too in April, she shared the brilliant news that she was given the all-clear by docs, with "no sign of disease" insight.

Amy, who's 33, took to Instagram to post a cute selfie with Rylan at the concert, captioning it: "Loved spending time with this one last night! Such a gorgeous human inside [and] out". Rylan echoed the affection by reposting the selfie on his story, writing: "You beauty. Love u xxx".

In other Rylan-related updates, the star turned heads earlier in the week with his more understated look, drawing comparisons to none other than Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron. Known for his trademark sleek black hair, Rylan surprised fans with an Insta-selfie showing off a tousled fringe and lighter locks, complete with a sparser beard.

He said: "Stripped colour from my hair to give it a reset. For anyone wondering this is what I look like with no colour in and no makeuppppp".

The celeb world reacted with glee, including a playful response from Jedward: "It's giving Troy Bolton from High School Musical ya wild cat".

Meanwhile, Kate Garraway exclaimed, "I LOVE this colour! Keep it, and Rob Rinder complimented with "Natural beauty. Everything else is just detail".

Rylan and Rob became close friends after filming a television show ‘Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour’ where they travelled across Italy.

In one touching moment, Rob organised for Rylan to sing with an opera concerto. But the gesture backfired when Rylan fled the room. He admitted the experience brought back unpleasant memories from his time on the X Factor.

He said: 'Every week I was thrown into the lion's den doing stuff that I didn't know.”

As Rob tried to comfort Rylan, he continued to say: “It's like an internal thing now, when you've been through that experience. Once you've been through that, when someone goes, ''Go on, just do it'', it makes me go, ''I can't, I can't just go and do it'.
