Ryan Reynolds Jokes About Taylor Swift’s 'Cost-Prohibitive' Childminding Fees
Box office-breaker, billion dollar-maker, hit creator. There's a litany of job titles that Taylor Swift can lay claim to, but none of her official monikers include her most unofficial role of all; that of nanny to her best friend Blake Lively's children.

'I believe the accountant said "Cost-prohibitive,"' the Ghosted actor continued. 'But I think what he meant was, "Cost-insane-what-are-you-doing-I’m-no-longer-your-accountant."'
Reynolds and Lively, who have been married since 2012, have been close friends with Swift for nearly a decade. Most recently, the couple were spotted singing along and snapping selfies at the 'Anti-Hero' singer’s Eras Tour stop in Madrid, Spain, in May.
Lively was seen holding her four-year-old daughter Betty in her arms, while her two eldest children, James and Ines, stood in front of their dad. During Swift's performance of 'Betty', in which she famously uses the names of all three of Reynolds and Lively’s daughters, Lively was seen smiling and pointing to her daughter Inez as Swift sang the lyric, 'You heard the rumours from Inez.'
During her first tour date in Madrid, Swift also name-checked the couple's daughters. 'I have to say that on Folklore, some of my favourite characters are named James, Inez and Betty,' Swift announced to the audience.
It's not the first time that Swift has shown her love for their children in her music. The singer-songwriter used James' voice on her 2017 album Reputation, in which the then-two-year-old can be heard saying the word 'gorgeous' in the opening of the song, 'Gorgeous'.
