Ryan Reynolds is a man of many talents: actor, businessman and, we'll admit, he can actually be pretty funny (see: every time he's trolled wife Blake Lively on social media).

Now, he's back with some *very* relatable content after being told off for swearing on live TV, and his reaction is as hilarious as you'd expect.

Appearing on ITV Wales, Ryan was interviewed during a press conference for Welsh football club Wrexham AFC, which he co-owns with It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia actor Rob McElhenney.

Discussing their plans for the club's future, Rob (slightly morbidly) told reporters, "We want to set up the structure for the club to continue long after we’re dead."

Ryan then chimed in with a joke, adding, "Unless there’s a meteor, in which case we’re all f***ed."

The actor clearly didn't realise his mistake at first, with ITV reporter Beth Fisher jumping in to let him know that he was being streamed on live TV.

Ryan, of course, reacted hilariously, shouting "‘No! Oh my gosh, I had no idea. I’m so sorry."

Co-owner Rob continued on the awkward moment, adding, "Great job, Ryan. Nothing but class coming out of Canada [Ryan's home country], sorry."

Meanwhile, Ryan's facial expressions said it all, with the actor cringing away next to Rob as he carried on apologising. Watch how it all unfolded here:

You know what: we'll let you off for that one, Ryan.
