Ruth Langsford celebrates son Jack's 21st birthday
TV presenter Ruth Langsford shared a sneak peek into the family's celebrations for her son Jack's 21st birthday.
And as many of us can relate, she couldn't let the event pass without creating a special party table, which she shared with her fans on Instagram.
"A wonderful weekend spent celebrating our son Jack’s 21st birthday," she wrote, "where did those years go?!!! Had to do my birthday table of course….it’s family tradition!!"
And Ruth had clearly gone to town with the decorations, which were birthday and '21' themed. Going with a gold, black and white colour combination for her tablescape, Ruth shared a video showing how she had covered the table in a birthday tablecloth and runner, along with silver streamers, metallic confetti and classy gold party poppers.
Place settings were complete with Happy Birthday plates and '21' napkins, plus there were helium balloons to set the scene.
Jack is the Loose Women presenter's only child, who she shares with husband Eamonn Holmes, who also has three other children from his first marriage.
The birthday was a great opportunity for some family pics, with Ruth taking to Instagram stories to share a lovely picture of herself and Eamonn with Jack, writing, "21 already...how did that happen?!! Happy Birthday Jack. Love you son ❤️" Ruth also shared a cute picture of her planting a loving kiss on her son's head saying, "Never too old for a kiss from your Mummy."
Ruth's followers were quick to send Jack birthday wishes, including TV presenter Gaby Roslin and fellow Loose Women panellist Kelle Bryan.
