Everyone seems to be relieved that 2020 is finally over, and that goes for Rihanna, too. The Fenty Beauty mogul took to Instagram on New Year's Day to share a resolution for the new year, and she wore the perfect outfit to do so.
Shimmering in a metallic bikini top and a crushed silk wrap skirt, Rihanna captioned the sleek look: "New year’s resolution: apply the pressure." The singer posed by an idyllic pool in the photo, with lush foliage in the backdrop. She completed her outfit with a pair of lace-up gladiator heels.
When a fan commented on Rihanna's chic look, "Resolution should be releasing the album," the singer was ready with the perfect retort. "This comment is sooo 2019. Grow up," Rihanna replied.
Rihanna reportedly spent Christmas in Barbados with her new beau, A$AP Rocky, where they were photographed taking a sunset cruise together. According to People: "The couple, who wore face masks, was spotted spending Christmas Eve together as they were on their way to a Catamaran sunset cruise while vacationing in her native Barbados." Meanwhile, a source revealed to the publication, "A$AP joined her and they are spending Christmas together with Rihanna's family."
Rumours about the new romance started in early 2020, following Rihanna's split from Hassan Jameel, whom she'd dated for three years. In December 2020, a source told People: "They've been inseparable the past few weeks. It's a new relationship, but they both seem very into it. They've always seemed to have a great time together. They have a lot in common."
