You won't believe how much Ava Phillippe looks like mom Reese Witherspoon

The only thing more glam than Reese Witherspoon? Two Reeses. At least, since her 17-year-old daughter Ava is essentially her twin, that’s what it looks like on the red carpet.

Witherspoon brought Ava as her date to the Home Again premiere on Tuesday night, where the lookalike duo walked posed for step-and-repeat pictures together. While they have matching eyes, smiles, and blonde locks, the mother and daughter did make an effort to stand apart with their looks. Reese wore her hair straight; Ava was styled in a tousled beach waves look. Reese wore a red Roland Mouret gown with black lace detail; Ava was young and fun in a sparkly cheetah print.

Makeup artist Molly Stern shared a photo of the duo on Instagram, where fans couldn’t help but comment on Reese and her mini-me. “Ok this is creepy (in a good way) … woooow it’s like she gave birth to her twin,” one wrote. “Only Difference= lipstick and dress haha,” another agreed. Others think Ava looks more like her father Ryan Phillipe, writing “Wowsus it’s Ryan Phillipe but with beautiful blonde hair.”

The family looks so much alike that dad Ryan Phillipe sometimes gets mistaken for a sibling. As People reports, Phillipe has laughed about this dynamic — which is really more of a credit to the 42-year-old’s youthful good looks. “My daughter gets embarrassed sometimes by the fact that I do look so young and I get mistaken for her brother sometimes,” he said. “Which repulses her! Like, absolutely repulses her that anyone could mistake me for her brother.”

As for mama Reese, her busy summer promoting her upcoming movie Home Again hasn’t stopped her from taking on new roles. She is set to appear in the new season of The Mindy Project — plus according to the stars, she’s basically Mindy’s new bestie.

Between her movie, her upcoming TV turn with Jennifer Aniston, and a new spot on Mindy, we’ll all be seeing plenty of Reese this fall. Or is that Ava?
