It's the big day, a time for plenty of festive fun, present opening and feasting.

But before the celebrations begin, you might want to start the day with a good breakfast to boost your energy - and what better way than having a Christmas-themed treat which will take minutes to prepare, right?

Typically many of us will enjoy a fry up, egg-based dishes, or something sweet like pancakes. But why not change it up this year - with a treat which will impress the entire family?

The best part is that it is cheap to prepare and will take minutes to cook. These "so good" brie, bacon and cranberry loaded hash browns have gone viral recently.

All you will need to prepare the treats is a frozen bag of hash brown, a packet of bacon, a block of brie cheese as well as some cranberry sauce. The recipe, shared on Easy Air Fryer Recipes page on Instagram, has raked in over 643,000 views.

To prepare the feat, start by cooking your hash browns and bacon in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile slice up your brie and put to the side.

Next slice up your bacon into small pieces. Once your hash brown are ready, add a spoonful on top of each one.

Next, add a slice of brie on top as well as some bits of bacon. Pop the treats on a serving board and decorate with lettuce leaves and a pot full of cranberry sauce for extra dipping.

Impressed people rushed to comment on the video. "We need to make these," said one individual. The treat was also hailed as "delicious" by another, while one fan said it's the perfect way to kick off Christmas.

"These are a must-have over Xmas," wrote another. "Omg this looks stunning," raved one fan. "Yum," agreed another.
