Queen Letizia of Spain Gives Workwear Fashion Playful Twists in Mango Suit and Lingerie-style Top for World Mental Health Day Event

Queen Letizia of Spain returned to her power suiting ways for an event on World Mental Health Day 2024 in Madrid on Thursday. The Spanish royal joined other guests and distinguished attendees for an event to commemorate the occasion, at which Queen Letizia gave a speech.

For the event, Queen Letizia opted for a heather grey power suit courtesy of Mango. The look featured flared grey trousers with crisp, vertical creases, giving the silhouette an elongated appearance with a slightly billowing hem.

The Spanish royal family member coordinated the trousers with her double-breasted blazer. The long-sleeve blazer featured six buttons on the front placket, two pockets at the waist and a breast pocket. Semi-exposed seams also gave the blazer a tailored look.

Beneath her blazer, Queen Letizia opted for a black blouse with an ornately designed lace neckline. She accessorized with a ring by luxury lifestyle brand Coreterno and a bag by Spanish brand Mauska. Her makeup featured bold brows and a soft pink lip, while her hair was styled straight with a side part.

Queen Letizia has worn pieces from Mango, a Spanish fashion company founded in Barelona in 1984, in the past. While attending the events of the XV anniversary of the Princess of Girona Foundation last July, Queen Letizia wore an asymmetrical midi dress in a neutral tone from the brand.

The sleeveless A-line dress featured an asymmetric neckline, creating a severe angular look, and defined waist. She paired the dress with a pair of sandal heels by Boss, another go-to brand, and carried a bag by Carolina Herrera, a favorite designer of the royal.

Suited looks are part of Queen Letizia’s royal wardrobe and generally come in handy for such daytime occasions as the World Mental Health Day 2024. Like other notable royal women, Queen Letizia makes power suiting a staple of her wardrobe, featuring reliable tones and tailoring infused with hints of modernity.
