A dad says he looks half his age and puts his youthful appearance down to drinking the water from his vegetable steamer. Julius Abraham is 54 but says he's often mistaken for being in his 20s. The dad-of-three claims he hasn't aged since he started drinking the water from his vegetable steamer about 18 years ago after seeing a video on YouTube. Each day he washes a bag of carrots, a whole broccoli, half a bag of kale, a half cauliflower and a courgette in boiling water. Then he scrapes off any skin from the vegetables, chops them and loads them all into his steamer basket. When they are cooked he leaves them to cool thoroughly, overnight, so all the steam condenses back into the pan beneath the veg. He then drinks the water and eats the veggies.
