Princess Eugenie shows off son August’s sweet Halloween outfit

Princess Eugenie took to Instagram to show off how her family were celebrating Halloween over the weekend.

Uploading an array of photos to Stories on Sunday, the mum-of-one showcased an impressive pumpkin she had carved and wrote: “My 2021 attempt at a scary 🎃 (pumpkin)…”. She then followed up with a super cute image of her son dressed up as a mini monster and joked “At least my little Halloween monster is scary..”.

August, who was born in February, could be seen crawling on the floor with a funny little blue suit on complete with scales.

Eugenie then posted another shot of her 6-month-year old to her grid. He could be seen in deep in conversation with a furry toy. She captioned the image: “🎃 👻... wonder what they are talking about..” Fans were delighted to see him having a great first Halloween and flocked to comment.

One follower wrote: “Aww so sweet! Happy Halloween 🎃🎃”, while another wrote: “Omg bless 😂” and a third simple put a string of red heart emojis.

Even the 31-year-old's brother-in-law, Edo Mapelli Mozzi, who is married to her sister Princess Beatrice, commented with a laughing face emoji.

August is Princess Eugenie’s first child and she shares him with her husband, Jack Brooksbank. They welcomed him on February 9th 2021 at The Portland Hospital, Buckingham Palace announced in a statement at the time.

He is the first grandchild for Eugenie's parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson and the 12th great-grandchild for the Queen.
