Princess Beatrice's latest date night look is a mash up of royal elegance and Blair Waldorf-esque flair.

Attending the inaugural summer party and fundraiser for the National Gallery's Bicentenary campaign with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the Princess of York wore a stunning sage green Markarian dress. The floor-length, sequined gown features a deep V neckline, billowing sleeves, and a thick black sash tied around the waist. Beatrice added a clasp in the neckline, which suggested a more conservative silhouette.

She tied the look together with a black headband (a signature Gossip Girl accessory), which complimented the dress's black sash. Other accessories included a white, beaded clutch by Tyler Ellis and dangling diamond earrings. She wore her hair in big, loose curls, and opted for makeup that hinted at a natural rosy blush.

Beatrice is known for her elegant and understated outfits.

During Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee festivities earlier this month, for instance, Beatrice appeared in a monochromatic look consisting of a cornflower blue dress and a matching fascinator. In another appearance made during the Royal Ascot, she embodied spring in an airy floral pink dress.

In a recent interview, the royal confessed that, although she loves fashion, it can be extremely difficult to navigate the constant public scrutiny. “We are the first,” she says, referring to her and younger sister Princess Eugenie. “We are young women trying to build careers and have personal lives, and we’re also princesses and doing all of this in the public eye. We’re very real.”
