Prince Harry jokes about paternity of Meghan's baby: 'Is it mine?'
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned from their official visit to Morocco on Tuesday, having covered a number of engagements during their short trip.
It was pregnant Meghan’s last overseas journey before she gives birth to the couple’s first child in April and it seems that Harry, 34, is already making dad jokes.
While visiting the Lycee Qualifiant Grand Atlas secondary school in Asni, their host congratulated them on their forthcoming arrival.
Harry feigned shock and joked, “What, you’re pregnant?” to his wife.
Meghan, 37, let out a laugh and replied, “Surprise!”
Harry then quipped, “Is it mine?” which evoked laughter from the room.
Before stopping at the school, the royal couple visited the ‘Education for All’ boarding house in Asni, where Meghan received a henna tattoo design, a Moroccan tradition to celebrate her pregnancy.
On Monday, they also visited the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports in Rabat to learn about equine therapy, followed by a cooking school demonstration and then a Social Entrepreneurs event and market.
We’ll next see them together in public at the Buckingham Palace reception for the 50th anniversary of the investiture of the Prince of Wales, alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, on 5 March.
Harry is also undertaking a solo trip to Birmingham on 4 March to officially open a memorial in Cannon Hill Park to the victims of the two terrorist attacks, which took place in Tunisia in 2015.
