Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis Look So Grown Up at the Christmas Carol Service
For the second year in a row, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis joined Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey for Kate's annual Christmas Carol service. It's George and Charlotte's third time attending (they also went in 2022).
While Kate arrived earlier in the evening, the trio of kids were accompanied by their dad a short time later, looking adorable in color-coordinated looks: navy suits and red ties for the boys to match William, and a red coat with navy tights for Charlotte—an echo of the festive red coat Kate made her entrance in earlier.
The kids were later joined by their mom as they read out handwritten holiday messages on a Christmas tree, and, of course, joined in the carol singing.
George, Charlotte, and Louis weren't the only royal kids in attendance at tonight's service: Princess Beatrice's stepson, Christopher "Wolfie" Mappeli Mozzi, was there, as were Lord Frederick Windsor's daughters Maud and Isabella.
The royal kids have had a more private year than normal, due to Kate's health scare, rarely appearing in the public eye throughout 2024. In the September video released to share news that Kate had finished chemotherapy, the trio were seen goofing around with their parents and playing a card game with their Middleton grandparents.
The last time they made a public appearance all together was in June at Trooping the Colour. After, Princess Charlotte joined Kate at Wimbledon, while Prince George went to the Euro finals with Prince William. In addition, both Charlotte and George went to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour show in London with their dad.
"Prince William was fantastic, but the highlight was Princess Charlotte. Prince George was great too," Travis Kelce's brother Jason said about meeting the royal kids on their podcast. "[Charlotte] was so f*cking adorable. I cannot express how—maybe because I have three girls now, [but] she had a fire to her! She was asking questions. That was the most electric part."
