Primark's response to 'Chip gate' is everything
I hate to compare my struggles of searching for the Primark Chip mug to that of 100-year-old Rose DeWitt Butaker's retelling of the Titantic but...
And I still can't find that bloody mug anywhere, even though I've been looking for it harder than any of those suckers looked for the Heart of the Ocean.
Ever since we saw the Primark £5 Chip mug of dreams we have wanted it, but it turns out so does everyone, because the mug that would actually complete us is sold out everywhere and impossible to find.
While the Internet has been forced to resort to desperate measures...

Primark is having a whale of a time if their latest Instagram post is anything to go by...
But it seems that not everyone found the joke so funny with the comment section making for some interesting reading:
"Why not just make more cups?"
"Well pissed off"
"This isn't even funny"
"I will cry if you buy me these...#iwantachipmug"
"All I want in life is the chip mug 😣😂"
But luckily some people managed to see the funny side through their Chip mug tears:
"I'll get you these 😂😂"
"I'll try get my hands on these instead 😂😂"
"Hahahaha I'm in convulsions! We need these !!"
Looks like I'll be settling for the socks then...
