So, we're giving our members a taste of what's to come with access to one of Fiit's brilliant workout videos today – a 10 minute low-impact Metcon class with trainer Jake Berney.
In case you needed a recap, Metcon is short for metabolic conditioning. This type of training typically involves a combination of strength and conditioning exercises. These are performed between a moderate to high intensity, and are usually pretty challenging, but this one from Fiit is suitable for all levels and is also low-impact so that it's accessible for all.
