You know how Christmas 2020 was a bit of a bummer? Well, Pret A Manger has decided we need another go at Christmas, so it has released its iconic Christmas sandwich in July. With the help of Noddy Holder, natch.

Pret’s Christmas sandwich has hit shelves as of today (6 July), and we can’t wait to get stuck into the thick slices of British turkey in a port and orange cranberry sauce, herby pork stuffing, baby spinach leaves, mayo and crispy onions.

But before you get all excited that you’ll be having one every day for the rest of the year, Pret’s Christmas sandwich is only available until the beginning of August.

As well as serving up early festive joy for the nation, 50p from every Christmas sandwich sold will be donated to The Pret Foundation, which works to alleviate poverty, hunger and homelessness for the past 25 years.

Clare Clough, UK Managing Director of Pret A Manger commented: “Every year customers ask us for the Christmas sandwich to return earlier and earlier, and after many customers missed out on having one last year we’ve decided to stand by our mission of spreading joy through our food and coffee, and bring our iconic Christmas sandwich back early for a limited time this summer. While we can’t change the weather or the football scores this summer, we can help people celebrate and recreate some festive joy by reuniting them with their favourite Christmas sandwich.”
