Our Place's new kitchen gadget is set to fly off the shelves
When it comes to kitchenware, I believe we fall into two camps. On one side, there's the cookery tech veteran. Kitchen gadgets, for you, are as collectable as Michelin stars to Heston. Kitchenaid? Tick. Nutribullet? Tick. Air fryer? Big tick. Put simply, the more in your arsenal, the merrier.

Admittedly, as Red's Homes Editor, I reside in the latter, preferring to collect secondhand crockery over new tech (my hand-me-down 1970s Kenwood mixer is just about fit for bi-annual use).

The UK launch of the Wonder Oven comes after its debut in America, where it sold out in just 8 days. So, what makes this new gadget so special?
Our Place's Wonder Oven boasts the convenience of an air fryer, the roasting capabilities of an oven, and the luxury of steam-infused baking, all while being 30% faster than traditional ovens. So, you can switch between air frying crispy salmon to roasting potatoes or even reviving a stale baguette, all in a matter of minutes.
What's more, the clever steam infusion technology works to envelop the food. The result? Moisture and flavour packed on the inside, paired with moreish crispy textures on the outside.
And despite its compact size, the tardis-like Wonder Oven is surprisingly spacious: it can roast a 4.5-pound chicken or go multilevel to cook double the capacity of a stand-alone air fryer. So far, so efficient.
