Pippa Middleton has given birth to her second child, a daughter named Grace Elizabeth Jane. The baby was born at 4.22am on Monday 15 March, weighing 6lbs 7oz.

“Mother and baby are doing well,” a family spokesperson told The Independent.

She and her husband James welcomed their first child, Arthur, in 2018. Grace will be cousin to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The newborn shares her middle name with her royal aunt Kate, her grandmother Carole Middleton and her cousin Charlotte. Jane, on the other hand, is the name of James's mother.

Middleton married the father of her children in 2017 at St. Mark's Church in Englefield at a wedding attended by the Cambridges. The couple first met in 2007 in St Bart's, but didn't start dating until early 2016.

The family live in a five-storey property in London, which they renovated in 2017.
