A jug of Pimm's is synomous with summer - and it's Pimm's No. 1 that's the base of the classic drink. But have you heard of No. 6, the drink's vodka-based BFF?

Yep, despite all of us obsessing over the original No. 1 bottle, which uses gin as its base, No. 6 is equally as delicious but not as well-known.

Pimm's No. 6 Vodka Cup was launched in the 1960s, but was later discontinued. However according to Pimm's they've bought it back this year due to popular demand - and we're excited to add it to our summer cocktail menu.

According to Michael Stringer, cocktail expert and Managing Director of Black Leaf Events, Pimm’s No.6 with its vodka base is drier, cleaner and crisper than its gin counterpart, "however it's more refreshing, and a perfect summer drink."

While Pimm's recommends serving it with lemonade, just like the original No.1, Michael suggests a different kind of mixer.

"The perfect serve for me is with ginger ale and a dash of bitter’s, however I like to add a splash of Prosecco to the mix too. Or how about a twist on the frosé (frozen rosé) trend?"

There are also other Pimm's products that were once phased out and have yet to see a return. This includes Pimm's No. 2 (based on Scotch whisky), No. 3 (brandy), No. 4 (rum) and No. 5 (rye whisky).

Can we start a petition to bring them all back?
