Panera is dishing out a sweet deal to celebrate all the millennials in your life.

The fast casual restaurant chain announced their new Millennial Meal, featuring avocado toast and iced coffee, in honor of the generation who made both menu items popular.

To celebrate National Avocado Day on July 31, Panera is giving out free avocado toast. The silly tagline for the offering is “Toast, Don’t Roast, Millennials,” since the generation often gets knocked for their food and style choices.

In order to snag the deal, fans can visit panerabread.com/millennialmeal and use the code, AVOTOAST. It requires a $3 minimum purchase.

The open-faced sandwich comes in two options. The "classic avo" ($3.50) comes with everything bagel seasoning on thin-sliced country rustic sourdough. For an extra dollar, customers can opt for the "garden avo" which includes sliced tomatoes and garlic aioli.

In May, Panera underwent a “menu transformation,” including the addition of drinks with less caffeine. The news came after the highly caffeinated Charged Lemonades, which spurred lawsuits after multiple deaths, were discontinued.

At the time, a representative for the brand told PEOPLE of the drink menu’s new vision.

“We listened to more than 30,000 guests about what they wanted from Panera, and are focusing next on the broad array of beverages we know our guests desire – ranging from exciting, on trend flavors, to low sugar and low-caffeine options,” the statement read.

The new portfolio includes Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, Pomegranate Hibiscus Tea, Citrus Punch and a Tropical Green Smoothie.
