Olivia Wilde took a serious social media timeout over the past few months, but she came back on Instagram earlier this week with a laughing bikini shot. She followed that up with a stunning free-the-nipple moment at the People’s Choice Awards in a seriously cool look.

Olivia wore a floor-length, see-through lacy dress, belted over high-waisted briefs for the ultimate cool-girl attire. She went sans bra for the night because, really, it would just get in the way of this awesome outfit. The overall effect is strong, just like the 38-year-old actress-director. Here's the whole look:

This is hardly Olivia’s only #FreeTheNip moment. Back in October, she wore a see-through dress to the Academy Museum Gala, and she also rocked the coolest heart-shaped metallic pastie on the cover of Elle.

Olivia has made it clear that she thinks it's important to keep moving throughout the day. 'There’s often a way to [be active],' she previously told CNBC. 'Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life.'

Olivia likes to go on runs, too: The Daily Mail published photos of her out for a run in London last year. And, it seems she’s on Team Peloton. Last Halloween, Olivia dressed up as Dolly Parton and shared a bunch of videos to her Instagram Stories of herself in the get-up, including a snippet of herself slowly pedalling on a Peloton bike while sipping white wine. 'In my mind, this is how she works out,' Olivia wrote over top, before adding, 'Fell off shortly after.'

Olivia told Women’s Health that she has a ~thing~ for spin classes. 'I make fun of it, but it's amazing,' she said. 'You have to push yourself through this resistance, which is so therapeutic.' Cycling classes can jack your heart rate up and tone your legs and booty while also providing a great low-impact cardio workout.

But Olivia told CNBC that she’s not regimented with her workouts. Instead, she likes to walk everywhere—something that’s fairly easy given that she lives in New York City. 'We already walk more than people in a lot of other cities,' she says. 'But when you have an option to walk or take a car, walk if it’s an option. I’ll take the stairs.'

Olivia added that she tries to eat well and avoid processed foods. Her weakness? The occasional Coke. 'I really love it,' she shared.

Hey, a woman’s gotta live!
