Olive Garden Is Bringing Back These Fan-Favorite Menu Items After a 4-Year Hiatus

Fans begged for it and Olive Garden listened.

The restaurant chain known for its Never-Ending Pasta Bowl and countless TikTok hacks has made a joyous announcement, just in time for all your holiday gatherings. Two fan-favorite Olive Garden dishes—Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and Stuffed Chicken Marsala—are returning to its menus after a four-year hiatus.

Although loved by Olive Garden fans, these dishes were removed from menus during the Covid-19 pandemic and fans were devastated. Just take a look at this petition to bring back Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo, where the person who started it shared, “I feel like I’ve lost a part of me knowing I’ll never be able to taste its deliciousness ever again. When they told me they were no longer serving the Steak Gorgonzola, my heart shattered!”

According to the chain, both Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and Stuffed Chicken Marsala continue to be the top two most-requested items from guests, both on social media and in Olive Garden restaurants. In fact, guests contact the chain daily to ask about bringing both dishes back. Well, it looks like their holiday wishes are now coming true.

The Return of Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and Stuffed Chicken Marsala

Starting on Dec. 2, fans can expect to find their longtime favorite dishes back on Olive Garden menus nationwide. For those who haven't tried it yet, the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo features six ounces of grilled sirloin steak tips atop a creamy bed of fettuccine alfredo, blue cheese, and spinach. The whole thing is topped with sun-dried tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle.

The Stuffed Chicken Marsala features a grilled chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomato and Italian cheese. It's topped with creamy marsala sauce and served with mashed potatoes. Both dishes come with never-ending breadsticks and unlimited soup or salad if dining in.
