Offset and Quavo remember Takeoff on the first anniversary of his death

Offset and Quavo have remembered Takeoff on the first anniversary of his death.

The rappers paid tribute to their Migos bandmate on Wednesday, marking one year since he was killed outside of a bowling alley in Houston, Texas.

"Can't forget it won't Forget It NEVER Forget it I Remember!" Quavo, 32, captioned a black and white photo of Takeoff.

Offset also took to Instagram to remember his late bandmate.

"The times we spent is priceless what we built in this game they never wanted to give us our flowers we influenced the world..." the 31-year-old wrote. "I Love you Take you still here with us I just know you are!!!! Migo 4Life!!!!!!"

In his post, Offset included a montage video featuring several clips of Takeoff.

Additionally, Cardi B, Offset's wife, took to social media to honour the late rapper. In an Instagram Story, she shared an image of Takeoff smiling with Quavo and her husband.

Takeoff was fatally shot at the age of 28 in November last year. At the time, he and Quavo had attended a private event when an altercation broke out. It was later revealed that Takeoff was not the intended target of the shooting.

Migos, a Grammy-nominated rap group, was formed by Offset in 2008, with his classmate Takeoff and Takeoff's uncle Quavo.
