A great feature if you're a fan of specialty teas and coffees that require a certain temperature for optimum flavour.

It can also hold temperatures for up to 30 minutes, essentially maintaining your desired water temperature for half an hour. Ideal if you're someone who gets easily distracted, or is often doing a million things all at once.
