"My nine-year-old runs her own baking business - and has made $7k in tips alone"

A nine-year-old "baking genius" already runs her own business and makes up to $7,200-a-year in tips alone. Lola Niski has been baking her own treats since she was three years old - after watching her mum, Corinna, 37, rustle up cakes. She became “transfixed” with TV show ‘Kids Baking Championship’ on the Food Network - and decided she wanted to try making “gravity-defying” cakes of her own. After seeing her first extreme bake - an illusion cake which featured sweets pouring into a cake - orders came pouring in from friends and family. Now, she earns up to $600-a-month with her own bakery, Sweet Honey Bakes by Lola - despite baking cakes for free and only ever asking for voluntary tips.
