Nina Dobrev looks 💯 jumping into snow in a tiny bikini for a video

If you're looking for a bit of snow activity inspiration, Nina Dobrev is your girl. In an Instagram video in January, the 33-year-old Love Hard actress goes from wearing a cosy white outfit to a bold red bikini as she throws herself into a pile of snow.

Nina captioned the video, 'my version of a meltdown 🥴👙.'

Regardless of Nina's daring decision, her followers seemed to show nothing but support. 'Snow angels are a fav 😍,' said one fan. 'OMG UR FREEZING IN THE SECOND 😂,' said another. A third user pointed out that for Nina, every season is bikini season, 'Nina in summer: 👙 Nina in winter: 👙.'

While I give Nina major props for embracing the cold, I can't get over how fit she looks.

It's no surprise that The Vampire Diaries star is all for a good gym session. In 2017, she was named the newest ambassador for the Reebok Les Mills Tribe. She also crushed a killer workout with Zac Efron in his 'Gym Time w/ Zac Efron' series in 2019.

In a previous interview with Women's Health US, Nina revealed that her fitness obsession involves a 'workout cocktail' of yoga, running, weight training, boxing, and group classes—depending on the day.

She told WH, 'I’m getting older and more conscious of what I eat and how I eat it and what I do...Doing something different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system.'

And as for her diet, Nina told Harpers Bazaar that she's a big fan of a grilled corn salad with courgette, asparagus, scallions, tomatoes, and avocado—which she gets from a local restaurant.

Nina also eats more than she used to and credits her coach for helping her understand the ins and outs of portion control. 'I used to eat three full meals, and then I would not be able to move after each meal. I would be so full and tired,' she told Shape.

'Now, I eat all the time but portion control is what's important for me-I'm eating more in total but not more at a time. Lissa [Nina's trainer at Les Mills] coached me through it, but basically, I aim to have the size of my thumb in fat, the size of my palm in protein, and then unlimited veggies. I wish I'd learned this in school.'

Couldn't agree more.
