Nicollette Sheridan Relists Her French Country-Style Estate in SoCal for $13 Million
More than a year after it first hit the market with a nearly $16 million price tag, Nicollette Sheridan’s longtime residence in the gated Los Angeles enclave of Hidden Hills has lingered on the market with no takers. But now it’s popped up for sale again with a substantially reduced $13 million ask, which is around $3 million less than the veteran TV and film actress originally wanted for the place in summer 2023.
Sheridan and her ex-fiancé, the singer Michael Bolton, paid singer Melissa Etheridge and her wife Tammy Lynn Michaels $4.3 million for the San Fernando Valley spread back in spring 2008. Originally built in the 1970s, the two-story structure rests amid a gated hilltop parcel spanning almost four acres and offers six bedrooms and seven baths in 7,500 square feet of recently renovated living space boasting a mix of limestone and wide-plank French oak floors paired with vaulted wood-beam ceilings.

Especially standing out on the main level are formal living and dining rooms with French doors spilling out onto a covered patio. Other highlights include a wet bar-equipped family room warmed by a fireplace and a wood-paneled office, plus a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a marble-topped island, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, butler and silver pantries, and a window-lined breakfast nook sporting a built-in banquette.
The amenities continue upstairs, where a posh primary suite comes complete with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a luxe bath hosting a pedestal spa tub, a steam shower, and a sauna; and outdoors, the picturesque mountain- and city-view grounds are surrounded by equestrian amenities and riding trails and hold a tennis court, a gym, a pool and spa, and a kitchen with an imported Italian pizza oven. There’s also a separate guest suite with its own stairway entrance and a three-car garage.
Per the listing, which is held by Shen Schulz of Sotheby’s International Realty, Sheridan is doubling down on trying to sell because she wants her aging horses to live in heaven on earth and frolic to their heart’s content. “As much as I love my home, it is time for us to move on,” she said in a statement. “We will be moving to a farm that allows us the freedom of green pastures and many more furry and feathery friends to accompany us on our new adventures.”
