Nicole Kidman poses with rarely-seen daughters Sunday, 15, and Faith, 13, as she receives award
Nicole Kidman posed on the red carpet with her rarely seen lookalike daughters before receiving an award dedicated to her lifetime achievements.
The actress was supported by her daughters, Sunday Rose, 15, Faith Margaret, 13, and
country star husband Keith Urban,
as she was handed the AFI Lifetime Achievement Award.
The 56-year-old The Big Little Lies star looked stunning in a glittering gold ball gown by Balenciaga.
According to reports, her teenage mini-me’s opted for more brightly-coloured frocks by the designer Monique Lhullier.
The Voice judge Keith also dressed for the occasion as he donned a smart black suit and crisp white shirt.
Nicole was also joined on the carpet by her sister Antonia Kidman and her niece Sybella Hawley.
Nicole took to Instagram to share a snap of the moment she was announced as the Lifetime Achievement award winner. She wrote: "Deeply moved by all of the support around the world that I’ve been seeing and hearing.
"Thank you to all of you and to the @AmericanFilmInstitute for including me in this illustrious group of honorees - now let’s have some fun!"
Her husband, Keith, gushed over his wife's milestone moment as he penned: "In a career that's still very much in full flight, tonight the @americanfilminstitute will honor my wife as the newest member in this extraordinary fraternity."
"Babygirl – I'm so proud of you, and as much as I could come off sounding like the biased husband, I'll let the list of previous honorees do all of the talking for me. What a list!"
Nicole and Keith tied the knot in 2006 at the St. Patrick's Estate in the Manly suburb of Sydney, Australia.
The couple then welcomed Sunday, born in 2008, and Faith two years later in 2010. Nicole also has two children, Isabella and Connor, from a previous marriage.
During her acceptance speech, the actress praised Keith, 56, her two daughters, and the rest of her family.
She said: "Big, big love. And then right there is the love of my life, and the loves of my life.
"My daughters have never been anywhere publicly with me on a red carpet, tonight was their first night, so they're here, Sunday and Faith.”
The star noted that while her mum wasn't at the event, she was watching from the live stream at home.
She said: “That’s what I love about technology. And my papa who isn't here, but I feel him every day.
"And then there's all my nieces and nephews and my sissy and my beautiful aunt and her husband, who's our family now. And I am really, this is all because of you, and I love you so much.
"So there's no place like home, as they say. You're my home. And thank you for flying halfway across the world," she added.
