Nerds Is Releasing 2 New Flavors of Its Fan-Favorite Candy

And I've already eaten a whole bag of one.

In a world where the likes of Kit Kat, M&M’s, and Snickers are constantly releasing new flavors, it’s pretty hard to choose the “best” candy. Personally, my favorite candy is ever-changing based on what kind of sweet I’m in the mood for, be it chocolatey, crunchy, or gummy. However, ever since I was introduced to a certain innovation from Nerds, I’ve had the best of two candy worlds in one.

Nerds Gummy Clusters take the chewy experience of gummy, licorice-like candy and marry it with crunchy, sweet, and slightly sour Nerds. Essentially, they’re the popular Nerds Ropes in bite-sized form, and they’ve taken over the candy world with a cult-like following—even Travis and Jason Kelce call them the “f***ing bomb.” And now, there's even more Nerds Gummy Clusters to love.

Nerds Gummy Clusters Has 2 New Flavors

Nerds Gummy Clusters have two permanent flavors, Very Berry and Rainbow, and have released a few seasonal varieties in the past—like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and Spooky (which is available now). And, piggybacking off its first-ever Super Bowl commercial earlier this year, Nerds is releasing two new limited-time Gummy Clusters flavors for football season: Grape Strawberry Blitz and Berry Punch Rush.

Grape Strawberry Blitz Gummy Clusters are a new take on the classic Nerds dual pack with Grape & Strawberry candy. Meanwhile, the Berry Punch Rush is an all-new mix of raspberry, cherry, and punch flavors.

The two new flavors debuted at the National Confectioners Association’s Sweets & Snacks Expo earlier this year and drummed up lots of excitement from fans. Now, the highly anticipated flavors are finally hitting retailer shelves nationwide. They’re sold as 3-, 5-, and 8-ounce packs ranging between $2.49 and $4.99.

In addition to the new football-inspired flavors perfect for game day snacking, Nerds is hosting a sweepstakes for one fan to win an epic tailgate party. The grand prize includes a year’s supply of Nerds products, plus tailgating essentials—including a TV and mount, sound system, light setup, BBQ Guys gift card, grocery gift card, and a cash prize. Cash prize or not, I’d say we Gummy Clusters fans have already won pretty big with these two new flavors.
