National Television Awards 2022: Maura Higgins flashes her abs while Holly Willoughby goes demure
The National Television Awards don't disappoint. Year after year the annual celebration of British telly boasts an impressive celebrity guest list, with small screen icons like Davina McCall, Holly Willoughby, Vicky McClure, Emma Willis and Rochelle Humes in attendance.
Second to the BAFTAs, it's the glitziest red carpet event on the UK's calendar - so show-stopping fashion is a given.
This year, the attendees worked a range of styles - with nary a print in sight. Love Island's Maura Higgens took a style risk in white dress with a daring barely-there torso while - and she wasn't alone in her desire to showcase her hard-earned abs. Humes, Willis and Frankie Bridge all wore gowns featuring cut outs.
Holly Willoughby had a fairytale moment in a full-skirted black gown and was joined in her colour choice by a wealth of British TV stars: Susanna Reid, 2021 Strictly Come Dancing finalist AJ Odudu, professional dancer and TV presenter Oti Mabuse and 2022 Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu all wore striking monochrome outfits with Odudu adding a metallic cape for dramatic flair.
Without further ado, the celebrity fashion to know about.
