Solanas and Achar are industry veterans who will report to Harish Mohan, president and chief revenue officer, “and will play a pivotal role in driving Narvar’s go-to-market strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating the company’s momentum in the post-purchase experience space,” Narvar said.
Prior to joining Narvar, Solanas held leadership roles at VTS, ShopKeep, NuOrder and Octoly. Anisa Kumar, chief executive officer of Narvar, said her expertise in leading global sales organizations “and her ability to drive strategic growth make her a tremendous asset to Narvar. [Solanas’] leadership will help us expand our reach and continue delivering innovative post-purchase solutions that create meaningful customer relationships.”
Achar has held various roles at Outreach, 8×8 and Adobe Marketo. At Narvar, Achar will focus on elevating the customer experience, optimizing operations and driving long-term value for clients, the company said. “[Achar] is deeply passionate about customer success and operational excellence. His leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our customers continue to thrive with Narvar’s solutions while delivering the effortless experiences that build brand loyalty.”
Narvar said with these strategic hires, the company is focused on accelerating its growth trajectory “and ensuring brands can deliver seamless post-purchase experiences at scale.”
Mohan said as the company continues to expand its presence globally, “execution and acceleration are critical” and that the two new executives “bring the expertise needed to move fast, scale efficiently and drive impact for our customers. Their leadership will help us unlock new growth opportunities and elevate the standard for post-purchase experiences.”
