Nando's new post lockdown menu includes a Garlic BBQ spice

Nando's really knows what we want from a post-lockdown world: food, and lots of it. And that's why they've added a whole load of new options to their menu, including a incredible looking Rainbow Bowl, new sides and perhaps the nicest combo we've ever heard of, a Garlic BBQ spice. If you need a new excuse to put a Nando's date in the diary, this is it.

Clearly, over at Nando's they know what they're doing. From launching vegan PERinaise to their line-up of free parties this summer, they always seem to know what we want before we even know what we want. Which is why these new additions to their post-lockdown menu are so exciting.

First up they're introducing a whole new spice! Garlic BBQ in joining the PERi-ometer – sitting between Plain and Lemon & Herb, replacing XXHot, "giving a kick of sweet and smoky garlic to your meal."

The menu now also includes a number of new veggie and vegan options, including the new Rainbow Bowl, a crunchy Quinoa & Feta Salad, which you can have by itself in all it's glory or add in Nando’s new PERi-Plant Strips or an extra bit of PERi-PERi protein.

As for sides, please welcome to the stage the plant-based Rainbow Slaw, a fresh mix of crunchy veg topped with seeds and a tangy mustard dressing, plus the all-new Spiced Grains & Butternut Squash - a colourful bowl of wholegrains, green beans, dried fruit and a sprinkle of feta.
